Who We Are ...

We are a creative business management, marketing, and multi-media company located in Franklin, MA. We focus on business operations, marketing communications, imaging and graphics, Web Design, Virtual Tours, & E-Training. We supplement and complement your staff in these areas, providing services needed for short term or long-term assignments. We enhance the capabilities of your existing staff when workloads become too challenging to handle them internally. ProMar Associates strives to develop a close working relationship with you, a partnership in which we believe your needs can be met through our efforts.

The Principal, Kerry Harkins formed ProMar in June of 1992 in Milford, MA, where he had offices at 117 Water Street. He conducted ProMar full time until mid 1998 when one of his clients asked him to come to work for his company, RDS as a VP of Operations. He did, and parked ProMar on the part-time burner for several years.

In Dec. 2002, he became a Realtor for Jack Conway & Co. and in 2004 became Sales Manager of their North Attleboro Office. During that time he made good use of the expertise developed during his consulting assignments for ProMar Associates and resumed creating and maintaining Websites and began doing Virtual Tours for Jack Conway & Co. He made a real estate broker change and moved over to Costello Realty, where he works as a Broker Associate in residential and commercial real estate sales. He commenced providingReal Estate Virtual Tours for Costello's agents and opened that business up to all real estate agents. In 2009 Kerry formed Harkins Realty Group, Inc. and moved ProMar Associates under that banner as a division catering predominently to the Real Estate market.
